Genome2D Core

Many Genome2D routines use the Genome2D database, which is a mirror of all non RefSeq NCBI complete bacterial (prokaryote) genomes. Furthermore, all genomes are processed by the Genome2D server to create functional classification, intergenic regions, promoter sequences, transcriptional terminators, codon usage and more.
NCBI changed to the RefSeq system end 2014, use the 'Genome2D RefSeq' for genomes released after this data.
