Contrasts table examples

Usume you have 4 samples: my_control, sampleA, sampleB, sampleC
Indicate on the webserver that 'my_control' is the common reference

Simple Contrasts file to compare the samples against my_control:
sampleA
sampleB
sampleC

Also other samples can be compared as long as they have an experimental connection as defined in the Targets.txt:
sampleA-sampleB
sampleA-sampleC
sampleB-sampleC

NOTE: it is always 'Target-Control' and ratio is calcualted as Target/Control
